"Hidden Falls" 30"h x 24"w ~ Up for Bid! Hudson River School A Painting a Day Landscapes by Connie Tom

Located in Montana, Hidden Falls is a picture of such hidden beauty that can be found in rocky places. Like the joy we can experience when all is well in our own souls. Overflowing and abundant joy that maybe we think that only we know about, but which is perceived also by others as something different. Something that is very good.
I tried to put lots little subtle color changes such as many hues of blues, aquas, burgundys in the shaded areas of the water and yellow and orange tints in the highlighted areas of the water to add interest, beauty, variety and abundance. ` Enjoy!

"For as the rain cometh down and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. ~ Isaiah 55:10-11.
