"Autumn's Welcoming III" ~ 30"w x 24"h A Painting a Day Hudson River School landscapes by Connie Tom
Autumn is my favorite season of the year. Imagine yourself within this scene...you would sense the quietness, solitude and safety around you, hearing only the sounds of the woodland animals and birds singing, bask the welcoming warmth of the sunshine shining upon you. Listen to the rustle of the leaves as a slight breeze romances it's way through the trees, and enjoy the beauty of nature. Enjoy!
"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen." ~ Matthew: 28:18-20

Hi Connie,
Very nice and I love the yellow you use a lot in your paintings.

Another glorious fall scene. Perfect colors for those rustling leaves!
