"RAINBOW TROUT" ~ 03/15/07 was definitely a challenge but still fun to paint. This is a view of a rainbow trout that has already been caught and is laying on rocks in shallow water. I liked how the rocks enhanced the colors of this beautiful fish. This is the first painting in a new series entitled the "Rainbow Trout Series". This beautiful painting would make a lovely gift for your favorite fisherman. ~Enjoy!
